Executive Coaching – Six Month Program
Program Description
This six-session executive coaching program is designed for leaders who want to deepen self-awareness, expand capacity, and elevate their impact. Guided by a Master-trained and Certified Developmental Coach, you will work with two world-class diagnostics—the iEQ9 Enneagram Professional Report and the Leadership Circle Profile®—to uncover the deeper drivers of your leadership and translate insight into sustainable change.
The program combines powerful assessments with structured coaching conversations to give you clarity on your strengths, awareness of your blind spots, and a personalised pathway for ongoing development. You’ll leave with practical tools, a clear developmental plan, and an expanded capacity to lead with courage, clarity, and authenticity.
The Session Journey
Session 1 – Contracting & Context
Lay the foundation for coaching by clarifying your role, context, goals, and opportunities.
Session 2 – Enneagram iEQ9 Debrief
Deep exploration of your Enneagram report: motivations, subtype, blind spots, and growth practices.
Session 3 – Leadership Circle Profile® Debrief
Unpack your 360° feedback, Creative Competencies, and Reactive Tendencies, with practical awareness tools.
Session 4 – Assumptions & New Operating System
Identify limiting assumptions and experiment with expansive new ways of leading.
Session 5 – Developmental Plan & Consolidation
Consolidate insights into a clear leadership development plan, with stop/start behaviours and accountability structures.
Session 6 – Integration & Future Focus
Pull together insights from both assessments, integrate practices, and chart your long-term leadership pathway.
