• Session 2 – Profile Debrief: A deep dive into your Leadership Circle Profile® results, exploring Creative Competencies, Reactive Tendencies, and evaluator feedback.

• Session 3 – Assumptions & New Operating System: Uncover and shift the underlying assumptions shaping your leadership, moving into more expansive, generative ways of leading.

• Session 4 – Developmental Plan & Consolidation: Consolidate insights into a personalised Leadership Developmental Plan, complete with clear behaviours, practices, and accountability structures.
